The final round of the FIA World Rally Championship 2000: An International permit special stage rally organised by The Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association Ltd ('The Motor Sports Association') comprising 395 stage km (17 Special Stages) and 1065 km of linking public roads in Wales on 23rd-26th November 2000.
