The 5th round of the 2003 DUNLOP Gold Star Championship: A National 'B' permit special stage rally organised by Port Talbot Motor Club Ltd comprising 45 stage miles (6 Special Stages) and 95 miles of linking public roads in South Wales on 24th May 2003.
