The second round of the 2003 DUNLOP Gold Star Championship: A National 'B' permit special stage rally organised by Morecambe Car Club Ltd, Kirkby Lonsdale Motor Club Ltd, and West Cumbria Motor Sports Club Ltd comprising 45 stage miles and 101 miles of linking public roads in the Lake District on 8 March 2003.
